We built this app for fun, not for your data. Here's the whole story.
What we collect: only what you give us
- Show alerts: if you turn them on, your phone gives us a notification address. If you sign up by email instead, your email.
- Fan Fotos: the photo you upload and the name you enter (first name and last initial). We only get the photos you choose to send. The app can't see anything else on your phone.
- Song suggestions and booking requests: what you type, plus contact info so we can reply to bookings.
- Guest lists: names and party size, shared with that night's venue.
- Tickets: name and email. Stripe handles payment; we never see your card number.
What we don't do: no ads, no tracking, no analytics. We never sell, rent or give away your info.
Who helps us run it: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), HighLevel (email), Sightengine (automatic photo check before posting) and Stripe (payments). They handle data only to run the app.
Your choices: turn off alerts in your phone settings or with the unsubscribe link in any email. To delete your info or a photo, email nonstoptonashville@gmail.com.
Kids: the app isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their info.
If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
Terms
The app is free. Be cool, have fun.
- Fan Fotos: you keep ownership of your photo. By sending it, you confirm you took it (or have permission) and that the people in it are OK being posted. You also let us show it in the app and on our social media with the name you gave. We may blur faces, decline a photo or remove one anytime. Want yours taken down? Email us.
- Shows: dates and times can change, so check the app. Venues set their own rules (age limits, cover).
- Tickets: refund terms are listed with each show.
- Song suggestions: we love them, but we can't promise to learn every one.
- Our stuff: our name, logo, videos and band photos belong to the band. Ask before reusing them.
- The fine print: the app is provided as is. We do our best, but it may have hiccups. Washington State law applies.
